Bidders authorized by the buyer, register on the Velocious portal based on which they receive a bidder request which they can either approve or reject. Once you approve.

Integration can happen via Web Service or CSV upload of ERP data. ERP integration is available only in Enterprise Plan, please reach out to info@avaali.com for further discussion.

Only auctions conducted within the subscription period is considered for auction count calculation. Any auction if terminated or expired before publishing, will not be calculated in auction count.

You will not be able to conduct any new auction if auction quota is exhausted. Please reach out to your Account Manager or drop an email at info@avaali.com for increasing the auction quota.

Yes, there will be email notification to the linked email id.
